  This is to deal with a wrongful death case. When my husband got hit and then passed away I wasn't sure what to do so I had talked to a few friend's and family about this and they advised me that I should take this to court. I had know someone that used Attorney Stoehr and advised me to use him so I did. He was able to handle everything I didn't have to worry about doing any thing. He took his time and went to great lengths to get all information that we needed for this case while I was able to take care of my children who took their father's death hard. Attorney Stoehr checked in often to keep me updated on the progress and if he needed any paperwork form me. This had taken a huge weight off my shoulders and I was able to put all focus on my boy's. I was pleased with the amount of the settlement that was received.

  Finally someone was willing to listen and not telling me that I was over-reacting. I cannot say enough good things about Attorney Doug Stoehr and his wonderful assistant Debbie. They really care about their clients. He is a very good person and a fantastic lawyer. Their passion for the ethical treatment of the elderly shows in everything that they do. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone seeking an attorney to assist them with addressing problems related to elder abuse/neglect, or substandard caregiving in a nursing home. Doug represented our family for a case involving our mother being in a nursing home where she was neglected and injured due to that neglect and substandard care. During a very difficult time Doug, proved to be more than just an attorney but also an advocate for the elderly when they cannot speak for themselves. Unlike other some attorneys, Doug was easy to talk to. He was available for us even though he had a busy schedule. His guidance was invaluable. He was very clear and concise, in explaining all the potential scenarios of the case to us. He gave our case individual time and care and always kept us informed and up to date in all aspects of the case. I feel Doug went above and beyond to assist our family through a difficult time. I thank Doug for giving us some peace of mind that a wrong was made right. I would highly recommend Attorney Stoehr to everyone!!

  Doug was a fantastic attorney. He was prompt, updated me frequently, answered any question I had, and truly believed I had a good case. I'm so thankful for his help and his solid advice.
