    I had a question concerning if a daughter who has lived and worked outside the USA for all of 2013 if she had to notify or file income tax reports and all I got was a voice mail stating what optiions needed to file but did not answer my questiion. Was directed to website to get phone number and it was the SAME ONE I found in the telephone directory. It would be nice to talk to someone for a change. I am very disappointed in my answer which I did not get any!!!!
